RDoubleD Sheridan
SHERIDAN came to us in 2008.  It was the middle of winter (February) and she had lost her first calf the month prior, it was a premature red heifer.  Because she was not in the best of body condition we had her checked out by a veterinarian who said she was reproductively sound, she just wasn't in good enough condition to have a live, healthy calf.  Sheridan had already been trained (by Monica Dexter of RDoubleD Ranch, her breeder) and had taken two "Champion Female of the Show" titles over the years as both a weanling calf and yearling heifer.  She was worth the gamble and we knew it.  We went on to train Sheridan how to milk.  She is a solid milk cow.  She is also the producer we knew she would be, passing on her beautiful traits to her now undefeated calves in their individual classes, and she has become an undefeated Champion as cow/calf pair more than once.  She also won the PDCA Nationals in 2008 in the Get of Sire class with her brother Belle Fourche Leo and sister K Heart Ruby Red, and has been crowned Best Udder Structure.
2012: Her pretty little steer calf sired by Mrald Ringo Fire  "Hemi"
Hemi was shown as a bull calf in 2012, he took 1st place in Early Junior Bull Calves at the Evergreen State Fair
Hemi is the first calf of Sheridan's to be butchered.  He hung at 404 pounds
2010: Her first heifer calf.  2011 Reserve Junior  Champion at Evergreen State Fair.  What a beautiful face with that charcoal colored nose and dark "doe" eyes.  Party is now a milk cow for a family of 9 and they are loving her.
